Delete your account

You can delete your Kentra account and all associated data at any time from inside the app: open Profile → Privacy & Account → Delete Account and confirm. Deletion is permanent — your profile, health data, medications, conditions, chat history, and preferences are removed immediately, and any documents or recordings you uploaded are purged from storage within 30 days.

If you no longer have access to the app, email kenneth@kentrahealth.com from the address on your account and we will process the deletion within 30 days.
