Questions for your pharmacist
Kentra can look over your medicine list and suggest questions to ask your pharmacist or doctor. It is general information from an AI, not medical advice and not a pharmacist.
Where to find it
On Home, under Care, tap Pharmacist questions. It opens the Questions for your pharmacist screen, which shows how many things you may want to ask about.
What it looks at
Kentra looks at your active medicines together with your conditions, allergies, recent lab results, age and sex. It can suggest asking about:
- Medicines that may affect each other.
- A medicine that may not suit a condition, allergy or lab result.
- Two medicines that may do the same job.
- Medicines that often need extra care in adults 65 and over.
Each card is labeled Ask soon, Worth asking about or Worth knowing, and shows what to ask.
What to do with a card
- Talk to your pharmacist or doctor before changing anything. Never stop or change a medicine because of a card.
- If you have signs of a serious reaction, call 911.
- After you have talked it over, you can mark the card as discussed with your doctor. It stays in the list.
- You can ask Kentra about a card in chat, or ask for pharmacies and clinics nearby.
Limits
- This is general information from an AI. It can miss things or suggest questions about things that are not a problem.
- Results are reused for up to 30 days if nothing on your list has changed.
- It needs AI Chat turned on under Profile › Privacy & Account.
