Finding your way around the app

The three main places

• Home is your overview and also where you start a new chat.
• The menu (☰) at the top left of Home. You can also swipe sideways to open it. It holds Profile and Chat History.
• Profile is where every setting lives.

At the top right of Home, the bell opens your notifications and the house icon starts a new chat.

What is on Home

From top to bottom, Home shows:

• Ken's thought bubble, with ideas for filling in your profile.
• The ask bar: "Do you have any questions?"
• Your Kentra Score card, or the Get my score and Build my full picture cards.
• A From your devices card, if you connected a health app.
• Groups such as Care, Vitals, Symptoms and Records.
• Add more, for adding new information.

The Profile menu

Open the menu (☰) and tap Profile. You will find: Personal Info, Basics, Emergency, Security, AI Personality, Chat Memory, Notifications, Devices, Preferences, Privacy & Account, Theme, Ken, Import from AI app and Give Feedback. Sign Out is at the bottom.

Common questions

• Where are my medicines? Home › Records › Health history › Medications › Manage.
• Where did the Health Wallet go? It is no longer a separate screen. Everything it held is now reached from Home.
• Profile will not open? Fill in your name, date of birth, sex, height and weight first.
• Using Kentra as a guest? Guests cannot open Profile settings or notifications. Create an account to use them.
