Here's how to bring your Apple Health data into Kentra.

  1. Profile › Devices. Open the menu, tap Profile, then Devices. Under Health sources, tap Add a device.
  2. Choose what to share. Tap Import from Apple Health. Apple's Health screen lets you choose exactly what to share. Turn on what you want, or tap Turn On All. Then tap Allow.
  3. Stay in sync. Kentra brings in your readings, and checks for new ones each time you open the app. On Home, From your devices shows the latest.
  4. See your trends. After a few weeks, your charts fill in. Tap a vital, like heart rate, to see its chart. Switch between seven, thirty, and ninety days.
  5. Every reading. Tap the number next to a vital to see every reading.
  6. Ask about a date range. To ask about a stretch of time, tap one day on the chart, then another. The ask bar now says Ask about those dates. Type your question, and Kentra answers using your own readings.

Your readings, all in one place.
