See your readings

Once you have readings, Home shows groups such as Vitals, Activity, Sleep, Body, Nutrition and Mind. Tap a row, for example "Blood pressure", to open its chart.

  • Choose 7d, 30d, 90d or All to change the time range.
  • Tap or drag across the chart to see the readings for a day or a few days.

Add or fix a reading

  1. Tap + Add Vital.
  2. Choose the type, enter the value, and tap Save.
  • Blood pressure is entered as two numbers, the top and the bottom number.
  • New readings are saved with the current time. To add an older reading, tell Kentra in chat, for example: "My blood pressure was 128 over 82 yesterday morning."
  • To fix a reading, tap it to edit it, or tap Delete. Deleting cannot be undone.

Lab results

Go to Home › Records › Lab results. This row appears after you add your first result. Tap + and fill in the test name, value, unit and range.

BMI

Tap BMI under Body to see how BMI changes with weight. BMI is a rough guide, not a diagnosis. Your height is set under Profile › Basics.

Questions about a number?

Kentra can explain what a reading means in general terms. It cannot diagnose. If a reading worries you, talk with your doctor.
