Your Kentra Score and preventive care

The Kentra Score shows how many of the usual checkups, screenings and vaccines for someone your age look up to date. It is not a measure of how healthy you are.

How to read your score

  • 90 and above: Up to date.
  • 70 to 89: Most checkups up to date.
  • 40 to 69: Some checkups to catch up on.
  • Below 40: Several checkups to catch up on.

"Most people start around…" compares your score with national averages.

Two ways to start

  • Get my score takes about 2 minutes: a few basics, then up to 9 yes-or-no questions. You can skip any question.
  • Build my full picture takes about 10 minutes: a friendly chat about your history. It builds a fuller list under Home › Care › Preventive care.

The topics depend on your age and sex. To answer again, tap Update score on the score card.

What to do with each item

Open Home › Care › Preventive care and tap an item:

  • Act now: call your provider, add it to your calendar, or see clinics nearby.
  • Remind me later: pick a date.
  • I'm not ready: Kentra asks again in a couple of months.
  • Already completed: enter the date, and your score updates.

About a week after you book or set a reminder, Kentra asks "Did you get this done?"
