Your health history: conditions, allergies and more
See your health history in one place, add or change items, and print or share a copy for your doctor.
Where to find it
Go to Home › Records › Health history. It has sections for vitals, medical history, medications, supplements, allergies, immunizations and social history (such as tobacco and alcohol).
At the top are Print, Share and Search health history. Use Share or Print to give your doctor a copy.
Add or change conditions and allergies
- Tell Kentra in chat, for example: "I'm allergic to penicillin."
- Or open the menu (☰) › Profile › Emergency › Medical tab.
- Or open Health history › Allergies › Manage › + Add Allergy.
To change or delete an item, tap it. Deleting cannot be undone.
Family and social history
- Family history: tell Kentra in chat, or use Home › Add more › Family history.
- Social history (tobacco, alcohol, cannabis and other drugs): open Home › History › Social history, or update each row on the Health history page.
Vaccines
Vaccines are filled in from your answers to the Kentra Score questions (flu, Tdap, shingles and pneumonia), or from an import. You cannot add or delete a vaccine by hand yet.
Good to know
- Blood type, height and weight are under Profile › Basics.
- There is no button to download your whole account. Use Share or Print on Health history, or email support for a full copy.
