Where to find it

Go to Home › Records › Doctor visits. It says "None yet" until you add something.

Add a recording or a document

  1. Tap Add Document.
  2. Choose Choose files to pick a PDF or audio file, or Record a memo to record now.
  3. If you like, add the date, doctor, clinic and a short description.
  4. Tap Upload.
  • PDF and audio files only. Send photos in chat instead.
  • Up to 10 files at once, 25 MB each. A recording can be about 25 minutes long.
  • For long PDFs, the first 50 pages are read.

Recording tips

  • Always ask first. Make sure your doctor and everyone in the room agrees to being recorded.
  • Recording needs your phone's microphone and Voice Input turned on under Profile › Privacy & Account.
  • A phone call pauses the recording. It does not start again by itself, so check it after a call.

After you upload

  • Each item shows Queued, then Processing, then Ready. You can leave the screen while it works.
  • Open a Ready item to read the transcript or the text of the PDF, or to play the audio.
  • Tap Analyze this to start a chat that sums up the main points and follow-ups.
  • If an item shows Failed, tap Upload again. Scanned PDFs without readable text often fail.
  • Tap the trash icon to delete an item. This cannot be undone.
