Log how you feel and use check-ins
Tell Kentra about a symptom, see it on the Symptoms calendar, and use the daily and six-week check-ins.
Log a symptom
There is no form to fill in. Just tell Kentra in chat, for example: "I've had a headache since this morning." Kentra asks how bad it is and how long it has lasted, then saves it.
You can start from the Daily check-in under Ask Kentra at the bottom of Home, or from Log new symptom on the Symptoms screen.
The Symptoms calendar
Open Home › Symptoms. This row appears after you log your first symptom.
- Tap a symptom name at the top, or All symptoms.
- The calendar shows the last nine weeks. You can go back to earlier weeks.
- Each entry is marked Mild, Moderate or Severe, based on how you rated it from 1 to 10.
- Tap an entry to change its name, how long it lasted, or your notes, or to Delete it. Deleting cannot be undone.
Check-ins
- Daily check-in: a quick "how are you feeling?" chat you can start any time from Home.
- Six-week check-in: about every six weeks, Kentra sends a notification that opens a short chat about any changes to your medicines, conditions or doctor visits.
Kentra can point out patterns in what you have logged, as general wellness information. It cannot tell you what is causing a symptom. If something worries you, talk with your doctor. In an emergency, call 911.
